About this course

Brows are the treatment clients notice every time they look in a mirror, and the one they complain about fastest when it is wrong. Two therapists can use the same tint, the same timer and the same tweezers and get completely different rebook rates — because shape is judged against a face, not against a chart, and colour is judged in daylight three days later.

This course takes the two halves seriously. Shaping is treated as design: reading a growth pattern, deciding which asymmetry to correct and which to leave, and building a shape that still works when it grows out. Tinting is treated as chemistry: what an oxidative dye does to hair and to skin, why the same tube gives a different result on grey, and how to select and time colour so it neither vanishes in a week nor sits there looking painted on.

Patch testing gets a full module of its own. Brow tint is a dye applied millimetres from the eye, the reaction rate is not trivial, and the documentation is the part that protects you if a client ever claims. That module is written to your insurer's standard rather than to habit.

Reviews here only ever come from people who actually enrolled and completed the course, so there is nothing to show until somebody has. We would rather leave this empty than fill it.

Questions

Do I need to be qualified already?
Yes. This is CPD that deepens an existing skill, so you need a recognised practical brow qualification and insurance that covers shaping and tinting. It is not a route into brows from scratch.
Is henna covered in detail?
It has its own module — how it behaves on skin as well as hair, longevity, and when it beats an oxidative tint. It is not a dedicated brow henna course, and if we build one it will stand on its own rather than be a paragraph in this one.
How often should a client really rebook?
Four to six weeks for most people, driven by the growth cycle rather than by when the colour fades — the two do not run at the same speed, and the course explains how to hold that conversation.
Does it cover brow SPMU?
No. Semi-permanent make-up is a separate, licensable, skin-piercing procedure requiring registration of both the practitioner and the premises, and it is not taught here.
