Before you buy
How the courses work
- 1
Pick a course
Every course page shows the complete curriculum, the CPD hours, the level, and any qualification you need to hold first — all of it before you pay. The first lesson of every course is free to read, so you can judge the writing rather than the sales page.
- 2
Work through it at your pace
Lessons are a mix of written material and video, with templates, spreadsheets and checklists to download. There is no schedule and no cohort. Your place is saved as you go, on any device.
- 3
Pass the assessment
Each course ends with an assessment. The pass mark is 70%, attempts are unlimited, and there is no penalty for retaking it — the point is that you know the material, not that you got it right first time. Wrong answers come back with an explanation.
- 4
Get your certificate
Once every lesson is complete and the assessment is passed, your CPD certificate is issued immediately. It states the hours and the course, carries a unique serial, and anyone you show it to can verify it online.
Things worth knowing
- How long do I get access?
- Buy a course outright and it is yours permanently, including any updates we make to it. On a membership you have access for as long as you subscribe — but a certificate you have earned is yours to keep either way.
- Do I need any equipment?
- No. Nothing on the site requires you to buy anything to complete the course or the assessment. Where a course suggests something to practise with, it says so and it is optional.
- Can I get a refund?
- If you start a course and it is genuinely not what the page described, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it. We would rather do that than have somebody stuck with a course that was mis-sold.
- Will my insurer accept it?
- Insurers generally want to see your practical qualification plus evidence of ongoing CPD. This is the second of those, not the first. If you are adding a treatment that is new to you, check with your own insurer before you offer it.
