Access to course material ends when your subscription does. If you want a course permanently, buy it outright — and if you buy one in your first month of membership we will credit that month against it.

Questions about paying

Why is there no free trial?: Because a free trial of a course is a course. Instead, every course page lists its full curriculum, CPD hours and prerequisites before you pay, and the first lesson of every course is free to read. If you start a course and it is genuinely not what the page described, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it.
What happens to my certificate if I cancel?: You keep it. A certificate records CPD you actually completed, and cancelling a subscription does not un-complete it. What stops is access to the course material.
Do you do a rate for a whole team?: Yes. It is not a published number because it depends on how many people and which courses, and we would rather give you an honest figure than a fake list price with a discount on it. Get in touch with your team size.
Is VAT included?: The price shown is the price you pay. If the business becomes VAT registered, the displayed price stays the amount charged and the VAT is shown separately on your invoice.
